BESA Technologies Warranty Policy

This warranty applies to all electronic components sold by BESA Technologies, provided they are operated in accordance with the product and operational specifications.

Warranty Coverage:

  • BESA Technologies extends a one-year limited warranty on all products it sells. This warranty includes the transfer of any applicable manufacturer warranties to the customer.
  • If a product fails to meet the manufacturer's specifications, BESA Technologies reserves the right to:
    • (a)Repair the product,
    • (b)Replace the product at no cost to the customer, or
    • (c)Refund the customer’s purchase price.

Conditions of Warranty:

  • The warranty is contingent upon proper storage and handling of the product. It does not cover products subjected to physical abuse, electrical stress, or improper handling and storage, especially for Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) sensitive products.
  • ESD-sensitive products must be stored according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.

Procedure for Warranty Claims:

  • If a product fails, a test report and the product must be submitted to BESA Technologies for evaluation, along with a copy of the customer’s ESD storage and handling procedures.
  • Warranty claims are subject to the terms outlined in BESA Technologies' Acceptance of Products and Product Returns policy.

Exclusions:

  • This warranty does not apply if the product has been misused, subjected to static discharge, improperly stored or handled, or if it has not adhered to ESD storage and handling procedures.
  • The warranty is void if the product has been neglected, involved in an accident, modified, soldered, or altered in any way.

Limitation of Liability:

  • The customer’s obligations and BESA Technologies’ remedies for defective or nonconforming products are exclusively outlined in this policy.
