Customers must notify Besatechnologies within 10 days of delivery to initiate an RMA request. The following steps are required:

The RMA Request Form must include:
Product returns are only accepted with a written RMA approval from Besatechnologies, following the submission of a fully completed RMA Request Form and all supporting documents.
Besatechnologies reserves the right to re-test returned products.
Upon receipt, Besatechnologies will review the RMA Request Form to ensure compliance with the mandatory requirements. Returned products will undergo an inspection. If products are returned under false pretenses or do not conform to the RMA Policy, Besatechnologies will return the products to the customer freight collect or hold them at the customer’s expense.
